D E T A I L S:

Sunday June 30th

@ The Nook Gallery
18 Progress Street, Mornington 3931 VIC

Time: 2PM - 5PM

Includes:

  • All art materials for you to use
  • Farm flowers and animal references for you to draw
  • Afternoon tea (sweet and savoury) catered by local legends HomeGround
  • Prosecco on arrival and tea, coffee, soft drink etc provided

** Teens welcome to attend if they can manage the 3 hours!

Emma will walk you through a way of constructing a drawing from scratch using pencil, fineliners and watercolour. You will finish the class with a unique drawing of an animal or botanical inspired artwork. While Emma will take you through a process, you are free to create a work as you please, at your own pace.

The space will be decked out with fresh farm grown native and wild flowers for you to draw on its own or in a bunch, as well as a collection of books and images of animals & plants if you would like to work from an image. (You are welcome to bring an image of something or actual flower you would like to try and draw too - we’ll have plenty though)!

This is a relaxed class that will give you an opportunity to have a go at learning a new process, or try working with some different materials. No experience is necessary, this is very beginner friendly - Up to 15 participants per session.

We will provide afternoon tea (catered by HomeGround) and drinks to keep you going.

**While alcohol is served in this workshop, teens are welcome to attend as well if they think they can manage the 3 hour session - but obviously, won’t be served anything alcoholic; please let us know if you’re bringing or sending a teen along to the class.

Catering is generally a 'help yourself' situation and we generally always prepare to have vegan and gluten free options available, but please let us know if you have any requests, requirements or allergies upon booking and we will arrange something for you! (You can write it in the ‘notes’ section at checkout or email hello@emmamorgan.com.au)
